About the roles:
We are looking for 2 Disability Support Workers for Part-time opportunities for our Group home in Burwood. You will be providing active support & engaging with 5 female residents who have complex support needs, & behaviours of concern. Some manual handling requirements required as well. You will also be required to participate in daily bus runs, taking residents out to and picking them up from day placements.

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance. You can expect to work across a 24/7 roster.

In order to be compliant successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and an International Criminal History Record Check; if you have resided for 12 months or more outside of Australia in the last 10 years.
Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations will be required for these positions, in accordance with relevant Public Health Orders across all States and Territories. In these circumstances, evidence of vaccination will be required prior to an offer of employment.
