About the Role
Leading and managing a team of care coordinators you will facilitate high-quality service provision while ensuring that contract and service eligibility expectations are met across existing and new in-home aged care services across Greater Melbourne.
The successful candidate will be a relationship focused leader, with experience in networking and business development within the community services sector in order to drive the growth of our aged care programs in the area.
This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid work from home arrangements which can be based at any of our Melbourne office bases.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check.
