About the role
In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing therapeutic case plans for the individual needs and goals of children and young people in our Therapeutic Supported Independent Living (TSIL), Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Case Coordination Not in placement (CC-NIP) programs in the Newcastle region.
You will play a key role in working towards and building the young peoples capacity for independence and their transition out of care. The successful candidate will have experience working with young people in out of home care or family-based care, previous experience managing complex caseloads and an understanding of trauma and its effects on children and young people.
This is a permanent full-time position based from our Newcastle office with hybrid working arrangements also available. The role involves regular travel within the Newcastle & Hunter region and a company vehicle will be provided for this.
