About the role:
An exciting, casual opportunity to join Box Hill Institute as a Records Officer!
The Records Officer assists with and supports the records appraisal program by accurately classifying and sentencing BHI records in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations, retention schedules, and policies. This includes carrying out the appropriate actions for sentenced records such as indexing, cataloguing, archiving, transferring and disposing of records in line with BHI’s business processes.
Working under general direction as a key member of the Quality, Compliance and Risk Team, a dynamic group focused on process efficiency, quality outcomes, productive partnerships, and a commitment to professionalism and continuous improvement.
The team is responsible for compliance with government regulations including the BHIG’s financial policies and procedures, by providing high quality advice and support to managers and employees engaged in financial transactions throughout the organisation.
This role is a casual opportunity for six months. Casual hourly rate is PACCT4.1 $41.61.
