About the role
We are looking for a Community Support Workers to join our Individualised Community Living Strategy (ICLS) program. In this role, you will provide outreach support to individuals in the Perth metro area and surrounding regions. Shift periods are available Monday to Saturday between 8am 6pm, with each shift lasting 2 to 3 hours.
The service is for clients with a mental health diagnosis who are eligible for housing support. The role of the Community Support Worker is to help the client access their local services and maximise their recovery success while living in the community.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of two (2) doses or hold a valid medical exemption certificate, in accordance with Life Without Barriers Employee COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.
