About the Role
As a Home Care Worker, you will be providing personalised home care support to older Australians in Bega and surrounding suburbs to assist them to remain living independently in their home, you will travel between clients homes, so a willingness to travel up to a 60 km radius will be required.
This is a casual opportunity with shifts available between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Sunday, with no evening or overnight shifts. Standard shifts are between 2 to 4 hours. You will joining one of Australias leading social purpose providers with a dedicated leadership team to support you. Successful candidates will be required to undertake relevant pre-employment checks to ensure the safety of our clients. This includes a National Criminal History Record Check. We will discuss with and support you to meet these specified requirements as part of your recruitment and on boarding process if successful.
To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of two (2) doses or hold a valid medical exemption certificate, in accordance with Life Without Barriers Employee COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccination status during the recruitment process.
