About the role
The purpose of the Assurance Practitioner is to implement, monitor and improve systems and processes achieve and maintain great service delivery and comply with internal and external policy, standards, and practice.
Reporting to the Practice Assurance Business Partner the Assurance Practitioner role is part of a National Practice Assurance Team responsible for supporting the Child, Youth and Families teams to deliver great services in our communities. The position works collaboratively with client services and other business areas to implement a consistent, effective, and efficient approach to safeguarding, quality management and other practice assurance initiatives.
This a is permanent full-time role that can be based anywhere in Australia, providing support to our CYF NSW teams. Flexible working arrangements, such as, working from home can be discussed as part of the recruitment process. This role will require travel to assist with internal and external audits.
