About the Role 
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the strategy, development, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Your efforts will focus on implementing effective performance marketing strategies that drive measurable, data-driven results. These insights will help enhance Swinburne's reputation and support market share growth across diverse audience segments.

Working under the direction of the Performance Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to develop and implement all digital campaigns. This collaborative approach ensures that every campaign aligns with our business goals, maximizes Swinburne’s paid media investment, and contributes to our objectives in brand building, prospecting, and student acquisition.

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 
  • Proven experience collaborating with or working in media agencies with a focus on paid media campaign execution and optimisation
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other Demand Side Platforms etc
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics) to analyse and optimise campaign performance
  • Strong attention to detail, effective time management skills and the ability to manage competing deadline
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders

Qualifications
A tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
