About the Role 
We’re seeking a passionate and approachable Course Enrolment Specialist to provide expert advice to students on course enrolment and study planning. This key role involves working closely with students, academic staff, and various departments to ensure timely and accurate guidance on course structures, study plans, and award requirements.

You will assist in complex student queries, collaborate with studentHQ to enhance their course knowledge, and build strong relationships with academics to address student concerns. This role also offers opportunities for staff development and adapting to operational needs.

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 
  • Significant experience in the coordination of student client services functions and demonstrated ability to deliver high quality services to a range of stakeholders. 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to establish and communicate clear priorities from competing demands. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of VE, Higher Education and foundation administrative process and legislative requirements. 
  • Demonstrated, relevant experience in the provision of high quality administrative and support services within a demanding, customer focused environment.

Qualifications
Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
