We are currently looking for a part time Disability Support Worker situated in Doncaster East. In this role you will be responsible for providing a tailored service for people with disabilities, across their life cycle and in all domains of life, to enable access to a life of dignity, respect and social inclusion in the least restrictive environment.
As the successful applicant you will work to facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with and for the clients within the house. This role involves working with clients with Behaviours of concern. We are looking for someone who is open to arrange of experiences and is willing to implement behaviour management strategies.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance. You can expect to work across a 24/7 roster.

The roster details are outlined as hours per fortnight below:
Roster splits: 43:00/37:00: This roster is predominantly afternoon shifts, with shifts between 3 to 6 hours. 1 day with split shifts and 1 Sleep over per month.
