About the Role
This is a new leadership role for the region, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will lead and manage Aged Care client services across Mackay and will have a focus on growing our client base. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain compliance and ensure a high quality of care for our clients.
Your senior aged care experience, and drive to lead, grow and develop a team that delivers person centred and goal driven services to support our clients to live independently is a priority. This is a 12 month, full time maximum term contract, offering a hybrid work arrangement. You will be based at our Mackay office with the flexibility to work remotely from home. There is a possibility of becoming permanent. The role will require local travel across Mackay region to meet the business needs. We are looking for someone that showcases the LWB values and is motivated to provide exceptional leadership to ensure the success and high quality of our services.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check.
To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of two (2) doses or hold a valid medical exemption certificate, in accordance with Life Without Barriers Employee COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.
