About the Role

As a Senior Learning Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the development, implementation, and evaluation of cutting-edge learning technologies at Swinburne. Reporting to the Manager Learning Ecosystems, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including LMS providers, product vendors, project managers, and technical experts. Your leadership and project management skills will be crucial in piloting, scaling up, embedding, and evaluating learning technologies to ensure the successful use of our Learning Management System (LMS) and the delivery of effective blended and online learning experiences for our students.

 
About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 
  • Demonstrated experience in working at a high level with Learning Management Systems and associated systems. 
  • Demonstrated experience and interest in exploring and adopting innovative technologies and advising of the impact, and potential, of their use in learning. 
  • Ability to support academic and teaching staff in the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and educational technologies for online and blended learning and assessment. 
  • Demonstrated experience in managing people 


Qualifications
A postgraduate qualification plus extensive relevant experience or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
