About the Role
The Admissions Officer (International) will play a key role in supporting the admissions function within the designated regional team in International Admissions. This includes managing the admissions processes for international students, ensuring a smooth and efficient progression from applications to offers, acceptances, and enrolments.
Working closely with the Admissions Team Leader and International Recruitment staff, the role focuses on maximizing enrolment outcomes and supporting the Universitys international student recruitment goals.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Previous demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge in international admissions including entry requirements and selection requirements, and the processing of the advanced standing assessment.
- High level organisational skills, including strong attention to detail, the ability to follow-through on tasks and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Expert knowledge of Swinburne University of Technology courses, entry requirements and selection requirements
- A demonstrated strong commitment to client service principles and the ability to be flexible and to anticipate and be responsive to client needs

Qualifications
Completion of a degree with subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of a diploma and subsequent relevant work experience; or a combination of relevant experience and education training
