About the role
As an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Support Specialist, you will ensure that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people remain connected to family, community and culture, provide strong advocacy to ensure their voices are heard and develop a strong sense of connection and belonging. You will also play a key role in developing, monitoring and implementing Aboriginal cultural support plans for children and young people living within an Out of Home Care setting.
In this role, you will be instrumental in achieving our Strategy 2025 and Elevate RAP objectives and upholding our commitment to the transition of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children in OOHC to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Community-Controlled Organisations.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based on Wangkatja country in Kalgoorlie.
