About the role
Provide personalised coaching and mentoring to a team of Disability Support Workers, focusing on skill development and best practices, while overseeing the operations of a Lifestyle Program within the Broken Hill area. The role involves an on-call component as well as occasional travel and shift work.
???????Our Lifestyle Supports program groups together a number of different types of activities for those with NDIS Core Support funding. These supports are delivered to individuals to access their local community, and build their independence and skills. They can be individualised one to one supports or group supports; community, centre or hub based, or delivered in the clients home (personal care, domestic assistance etc.).
The successful candidate will have leadership experience and an understanding of the disability sector.
