About the Role
We are seeking an AMEP/SEE Administration Officer to provide effective administrative management for the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) and the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program. These Commonwealth-funded programs support eligible migrants and job seekers in developing English language and foundational skills to enhance employment opportunities. Delivered across three campuses, these programs serve over 1,000 students and contribute significant revenue to the University.
Reporting to the program leadership, the Administration Officer will manage the administrative requirements of both programs under routine supervision, ensuring compliance with University policies and contract guidelines. Key responsibilities include data management, collaboration with project staff, and providing general administrative support to facilitate the successful delivery of program outcomes.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated relevant experience in the provision of quality administrative and support services within demanding, client focused environment
- High level organisational skills, including the ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks to tight deadlines while ensuring data accuracy
- Ability to communicate across cultures, and with staff at all levels of an organisation
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide advice and support internal/external stakeholders

Qualifications
Completion of an associate Diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience or a Certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience or; an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
