About the Role
Swinburne University of Technology are seeking a Manager, Remuneration & Benefits to join our People and Culture team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the university’s remuneration and benefits to ensure we can attract and retain the people we need. You will develop frameworks, deliver programs and provide expert advice and solutions.

Reporting to the Director, Talent, Organisational Development and Remuneration, this role will partner with other centres of expertise and our P&C Business Partners to provide a high-quality service to the university.

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have:

  • The capability and confidence to engage with senior leaders to lead programs and offer advice in a credible way.
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to work with the Remuneration and Benefits consultant to manage as well as work in projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a job evaluation framework (ideally Mercer CED) and ensure the accurate definition and evaluation of roles.
  • Experience in developing a compelling benefits and rewards programs.
  • Proven ability to be analytical & handle data effectively.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or other relevant disciplines together with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
