As a Senior Sales Consultant, Learning and Development Solutions, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting with prospects and strengthening partnerships with clients across diverse sectors, driving revenue growth through innovative learning and development solutions.

You’ll thrive on identifying new opportunities, engaging prospects through various channels, and managing a portfolio of valued client relationships. About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 

  • Demonstrated capacity to develop mutually beneficial long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders to achieve targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to constantly identify opportunities and develop tangible solutions that meet client expectations, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate outcomes that satisfy clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated history of working effectively with cross-functional teams in a complex organisational structure to achieve both client outcomes and revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Development and engaging prospects at the start of the sales process
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

 

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualifications or relevant tertiary qualification and/or, relevant workplace experience in a B2B consultative role.
