About the Role 
We are seeking a Future Students Officer to engage with prospective students, providing timely and effective support to guide them into Swinburne programs. Reporting to the Manager, Direct Recruitment and Enquiries, you will handle a variety of student enquiries related to recruitment, sales, relationship management, and study opportunities. The role also involves one-on-one course counselling and participating in recruitment events to enhance student engagement.

As a key point of contact for students, the Future Students Officer will serve as a subject matter expert in designated areas and act as an escalation point for complex queries. The ideal candidate will be proactive, student-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service to prospective students.

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 
  • Demonstrated experience in solutions selling and proven ability to meet sales targets 
  • Experience in delivering high level customer service in a fast paced environment 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork and negotiation skills 
  • High level written and oral communication skills, including excellent public speaking ability

Qualifications
Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of an associate diploma and substantial subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
