About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, client focussed Disability Support Worker to join our team at Bundoora. You will be responsible for providing support with activities of daily living and developing, implementing, and monitoring Individual Plans including personal care. In this role you will work to facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with and for the clients within the house.
You will be supported residents in a group home. This home supports residents in an age range of their 40s to 70s and comprises of two females and three males. Some manual handling will be required as is appropriate support with behaviours of concern. Experience with both is essential.

Skills & Experience
Roster splits: 43:00/34:00 This roster is a mix of morning & afternoon shifts as per below roster.
In order to be compliant successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and an International Criminal History Record Check, if you have resided for 12 months or more outside of Australia in the last 10 years. A NDIS workers screening check is also required, and a current Victorian Driver's Licence is essential.
