About the Role
Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for education? Were seeking a Product Marketing Officer to help drive the success of our product offerings.
An integral part of the Product Marketing team, your day-to-day will be varied. Youll have exposure and input into new product development and product refreshes, prepare marketing briefs, engage with stakeholders, support collateral development, and support the coordination of key marketing event activities.
Youll become a product expert and the person with the answers. Youll get the opportunity to work with people with diverse skillsets including academics, TAFE teaching staff, and marketing professionals. Collaboration with the Events team to plan and execute recruitment events will also be an important part of your role.
Other responsibilities within this role include undertaking desktop research to inform competitive reviews to provide input to the management of the product portfolio.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated experience in undertaking desktop research and analysing data to inform marketing planning.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of campaign briefs.
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills with specific evidence of successful stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated capability to align product positioning and attributes with brand objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex market-facing activities and events.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of the digital environment and its key messaging channels.
- Superior self-management and time management skills, and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Qualifications
Completion of a relevant degree/diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
