The Star Brisbane is Australias newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queens Wharf Brisbane precinct. The first phase is now open, with more venues and experiences on the way. The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options. It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre. This transformational project has brought even more excitement and anticipation to burgeoning Brisbane. It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.
The Gaming Systems & Technical Manager reports to the General Manager of Electronic Gaming and Premium Services and offers the exciting opportunity to manage all installations, maintenance, and support for all Electronic Gaming products and systems to ensure efficient and effective performance.
Your responsibilities:
About you:
You are an experienced people leader with a technical understanding of electronic gaming machines. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate strategic planning through a commercial lens, keeping the guest experience at the heart of what we do.
You hold tertiary qualifications in electronics or a related field and have a demonstrated understanding of relevant industry regulatory requirements with experience embedding these requirements as part of your ways of working.

The $3.6 billion Queens Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
When complete, Queens Wharf Brisbane will deliver four new luxury hotels, more than 50 new food and beverage experiences, significant luxury retail, the restoration of nine heritage buildings and around 1,500 residential apartments.
