As our Digital Technology Product Owner, reporting to the Digital Technology Product Manager, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of Digital for the business. This role covers both internal and customer facing digital platforms and is responsible for the continuous delivery of these platforms

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be working with key stakeholders across the business to prioritise the product backlog and provide an optimised customer experience.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Working closely with key stakeholders to collaboratively develop and deliver the product roadmap
  • Product innovation and design using user research, user centred design and customer centric design
  • Conceptualising new online/interactive products and services in the digital arena and managing customer and business facing online digital products
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product

What we are looking for:

  • 5yrs+ Experience in a Product Owner role or similar (e.g. Project Manager / BA / Producer) in the online/digital space
  • 2yrs+ Experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Product lifecycle experience within software and digital, UX/CX design, development and analysis understanding
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
  • A motivated individual who takes initiative and can manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment

Your expertise lies in understanding complex business needs, translating them into actionable product strategies, and delivering impactful solutions. With exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, you excel at building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring alignment, and fostering collaboration to drive success.

Your role will be pivotal in driving impactful outcomes and shaping future solutions by driving the continuous improvement of digital solutions for the business, this role encompasses both internal and customer-facing digital platforms. It is responsible for ensuring the ongoing enhancement and seamless delivery of these platforms to meet evolving needs.
