Food & Beverage Runner/Bar Back - Harvest Buffet

The Food & Beverage Runner/Bar Back reports directly to the Venue Manager and offers an extraordinary opportunity to provide outstanding service at Harvest Buffet! You are the drive and support for the team, delivering a function that touches upon every aspect of restaurant service. 

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of our guests by providing an exceptional service in a fast paced, high-energy environment.

A few of your responsibilities:????? 

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of dining area 

• Upkeep supplies of service station 

• Proactively ensure guest tables are neatly tended 

• Deliver food and beverages to the table and be responsive to guest requests (inc. top up water glasses, coffee and tea) 

• Demonstrate anticipatory service 

What we are looking for:???? 

• Display strong communication, quick problem-solving and interpersonal skills 

• Proven waitressing/runner/bar back experience within a high-volume, fast pace, food service environment 

• Passion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industry 

• Flexible availability to meet the venue operating hours? 

• Current NSW RSA?card (or interim certificate)
