Head of Customer Due Diligence Financial Crime Operations

As our Head of Customer Due Diligence reporting to the General Manager Financial Crime Risk Operations, you will manage customer probity screening and associated investigations across the Financial Crime team.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will support risk-related activities to ensure The Star Entertainment Group, and its officers and directors, are able to oversee Risk performance ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory obligations appropriately.

About you:
You are a visionary leader who brings both deep expertise and a forward-thinking approach to managing compliance and risk in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. You have extensive experience in anti-money laundering protocols, regulatory compliance and customer risk assessment as well as a proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams, implement robust due diligence frameworks and maintain the highest standards of integrity.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of The Star compliance with its AML/CTF obligations through the effective identification and mitigation of financial crime risk.
