Food & Beverage Server - Antidote

As a Food & Beverage Attendant at our busy cafe Antidote, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that the first and last impression is memorable.

Antidote – Where a passion for caffeination thrives. Will & Co Coffee accompanied by all your favourite breakfast bites made fresh to order.

A few of your responsibilities:??? 

• Take orders accurately and efficiently, and deliver coffee, food and beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue’s menu and current promotions including ingredients and preparation methods
• Anticipate guests needs to understand their preferences to provide personalised service and recommendations 
• Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up and breaking down of the dining area

What we are looking for:?? 

• Experience working in a fast-paced cafe with barista experience
• Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to provide a memorable experience
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills 
• Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours 
• Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)
