About the role
As a community support worker, you will provide one on one, individualised outreach support to people with a mental health diagnosis within their own homes as well as assisting them in accessing relevant services within the Esperance area.
The successful candidate will be passionate about client outcomes and mental health advocacy, have confidence in working autonomously and a strong understanding of the issues faced by people with mental health issues. Â
This is a casual role with 2 hour morning shifts, currently covering Wednesday, Thursday and every second Saturday. The role offers 10 hours per fortnight, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts.
