As a Student HQ Administrator, you will be the go-to person for all student and library inquiries, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. From cashiering to assisting with student lifecycle and library services, your diverse responsibilities will keep you engaged and challenged every day.
Your attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer service will be key in ensuring a positive experience for our students and staff alike. Youll handle a variety of inquirieswhether face-to-face, over the phone, via live chat, or through emailmaking a real difference in our community.

Please note that this role requires you to work flexibly across all StudentHQ team activities including working on other campuses to ensure a student centric approach to providing customer service.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
Qualifications
Completion of an associated diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience or a certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
