About the Role
As an Aged Care Home & Community Assistant, you will be providing personalised support to older Australians to continue living independently within their homes whilst making a positive impact in their community.
This is a casual opportunity with working hours between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, with no evening or sleepover shifts. Shift durations can start from 2 hours. The successful candidate will have a willingness to travel, as they will be supporting clients who reside around Temora and Cootamundra, with travel of up to 60 minutes between clients. You will be working within our TACP services, where you will support clients to return home and regain their independence after hospital stays.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake relevant pre-employment checks to ensure the safety of our clients. This includes a National Criminal History Record Check and an Aged Care Statutory Declaration.
