The Seamstress, reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, is responsible for the prompt and effective repair and alterations of garments, uniforms and other linens for The Star Sydney Team Members, Guests, and Hotel.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our housekeeping department.

What we are looking for?
About you
You will be a motivated and skilled individual with previous Alterations/Seamstress experience and will have the ability to work efficiently, while working in a prompt manner across our housekeeping department. You will also have a qualification or demonstrated experience in Alterations and Tailoring.
An intermediate understanding of numeracy and literacy skills is required as you will be tailoring our team members with uniforms.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our housekeeping operations at The Star Sydney.
