The Hotel Operations Manager, reporting to the Director of Hotels, offers the opportunity to lead The Star Grand & The Darling hotel team, overseeing all aspects of a guests stay to ensure a world class guest service experience, all whilst delivering on The Sydneys business objectives. This position will ensure a positive and exciting team environment where safety, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount.??

About you?
You will be a seasoned Hotel Operations Manager with experience in a five-star hotel or integrated resort. You will have a proven track record in implementing strategies that drive operational efficiency while enhancing the guest experience. With a collaborative and welcoming mindset, you will understand the significance of fostering this culture within your team.
Your background will include expertise in strategic planning, resource management, cost control, and strong leadership in people management, along with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
You will play a key role in guiding the team through change and have a solid understanding of relevant industry regulations, with experience integrating these requirements into daily operations.
