About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Analyst to join our ePMO team.
The Change Analyst role will support this practice at various levels, reporting to the Enterprise Change Manager. This role involves supporting Change Leads/Managers by managing training needs and providing analytical, administrative, and coordination support to achieve business outcomes.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Build relationships and support change networks
- Support the definition and shaping of the change needs within the University.
- Support the delivery of change activities within the change strategy/plan, such as the Impact Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis, Business Readiness and more.
- Support the identification and engagement of stakeholders who will be impacted by the change.
- Develop communication and engagement materials
- Change network lead by example and support the change network.
- Enhance training and communication through new and fresh ideas
