About the Role
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for education? We have an exciting opportunity for a Teaching and Learning Administrator to support the operational activities of Vocational Education and Training (VET).
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth teaching and learning operations within VET. You will assist with compliance, streamline processes, and liaise between VET departments and University service areas to maintain efficiency.
You will deliver high-quality administrative support in a client-focused environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders. Flexibility, responsiveness, and a commitment to continuous improvement are key. Strong organisational skills are essential, as you will manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and ensure compliance with regulations and university policies.
We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector is desirable.
