Business Analyst SaaS Product | Vendor & Integration Focus
6-month full time fixed-term contract to October 2025
Parramatta CBD /Sydney CBD + work from home approx. 2 days per week
Are you a Business Analyst who thrives in a SaaS-driven world? Do you have a deep adopt mindset, ready to navigate the constraints of an out-of-the-box solution rather than reinvent the wheel? If you enjoy vendor management, integration challenges, and taking the business on the journey, this could be your next great move.
About Uniting
At Uniting, we believe in taking real steps to make the world a better place. We work to inspire people, enliven communities, and confront injustice. We are Compassionate, Respectful, Imaginative and Bold.
The Role
In this role, you'll work within a structured SaaS environment, ensuring that our organisation maximises the potential of our selected HRIS solution, Dayforce without attempting to customise or reinvent it. Youll be the bridge between business users, vendors, and project teams, helping to drive a smooth adoption of the system as it is designed.
Key Responsibilities
Diving into the system: exploring, testing, and truly understanding whats possible within the existing constraints.
Playing in the sandbox: getting hands-on to discover system capabilities, rather than designing custom solutions.
Navigating cutoffs and deployments: ensuring smooth transitions by working within the systems existing framework.
Managing vendor relationships: leveraging your expertise to secure optimal outcomes from key industry players and partners.
Owning integrations: ensuring third-party systems work seamlessly within the SaaS framework.
Translating tech to business: explaining projects to non-project people, ensuring everyone is aligned.
