About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, youll be part of this exciting journey, playing a key role in attracting and retaining top talent to bring our vision to life. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this newly created role will see you managing both volume and corporate recruitment across the business. Your portfolio will include Security, Events, and Audio-Visual recruitment, as well as corporate roles. This dynamic and fast-paced role offers a fantastic opportunity to challenge your skills and be part of Brisbanes hospitality transformation.

You are known for your excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of work. You excel at recommending sourcing and attraction strategies, and you have practical experience conducting and coordinating group interview sessions.
