Role Overview:
We are seeing a full-time Senior Business Analyst to join us at Uniting. This role is responsible for leading projects that involve designing and implementing user-centred solutions that meet the needs of both the business and end-users. This role acts as the bridge between the business objectives and end-user needs by collaborating with designers, developers and the business.
You will have a strong background in human centred design and user experience, and excel in stakeholder consultation, workshop facilitation, and requirements elicitation.
