We are seeking a dynamic and insightful Business Planning & Performance Business Partner to join our team and partner with senior leaders across the University. In this pivotal role, you will drive value by delivering key insights that support our annual business planning process and help measure the University’s performance in executing its strategy.

Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will be an integral member of a collaborative team focused on developing, reporting on, and analysing performance metrics and major initiatives. You’ll work closely with leaders to ensure alignment with our strategic goals while proactively challenging performance from both internal and external perspectives.

Your expertise will be key in partnering with the Data Insights Business Partner to identify data gaps and continually improve how we interpret data. By translating this data into actionable insights, you will help uncover opportunities, guide strategic recommendations, and ultimately contribute to the successful delivery of the University’s strategic objectives through our annual business plans.

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 
  • Extensive experience in a Business Partnering role with strong understanding of strategic planning, business performance and data analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and translate them into actionable insights that drive value.
  • Sound problem solving skills including the ability to analyse a range of options and provide advice, where guidance may not always be available.
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with and influence a wide range of stakeholders, particularly executive leaders, to   achieve business goals and objectives.
  • A strong track record of demonstrating initiative, commercial acumen and flexibility and contributing to a team.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management or related discipline. A MBA or related post graduate degree will be well regarded.
