About the Role 
We currently have two fixed term opportunities for experienced Project Managers to join our ePMO team at Swinburne.

The ePMO Project Manager will be responsible for planning and delivering both strategic enterprise projects and smaller portfolio-specific projects. 

This role involves providing project management leadership, consulting services, and coordinating with various stakeholders, including the Project Sponsor, Project Control Group (PCG), vendors, and internal teams. 

In addition, this role requires strong collaboration, coordination, and communication skills.  Experience managing diverse stakeholders and solving complex problems within a professional project management framework is essential.

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 

•    Deliver the project as approved by the Business Case.
•    Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk)
•    Work directly with university stakeholders and service partners to define project requirements. Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
•    Identify project delivery resources required
•    Lead project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
•    Execute project documentation governance aligned with ePMO governance and assurance requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated

Qualifications
•    A postgraduate level qualification in a relevant discipline and extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.  
•    Relevant Project Management qualifications
