With one of the largest property portfolios in NSW and the ACT, were looking for a Project Manager Refurbishments to join our Capital Works team and take the lead in delivering meaningful improvements to the homes and community spaces of our seniors and independent living residents.
About the opportunity
As our Project Manager Refurbishments, youll be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle of unit and room refurbishments within our Aged Care services and Retirement & Independent Living villages. Youll also lead the delivery of select minor capital works across the portfoliocreating real impact in spaces that matter to our residents.
