About the Role?
 
Reporting into the EPMO and working under general direction, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and conducting the essential activities to support the planning, execution and delivery of a number of projects. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for primarily supporting the Finance Modernisation project as well as other projects as required. Experience in a large-scale Finance Modernisation/ERP replacement project would be well regarded. The incumbent will be expected to be organised and detail-oriented, comfortable working with a diverse team of technology professionals, business teams and project teams as required. The goal will be to support and assist the effective management of multiple programs by assisting Program Directors, Project Managers and Program Team leads as required.
 
This is the fixed term role until May 2026

About You??
 
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:?
 
•    Demonstrate a detailed level knowledge of project support
•    Experience working in Project and Program Management space
•    Demonstrated experience and ability to conduct financial analysis and provide financial support
•    Demonstrated, relevant experience in the provision of high quality administrative and support services within a demanding, project/program focused environment
•    Demonstrated outstanding stakeholder management skills with a willingness to go out of their way to ensure that the stakeholder is satisfied
•    Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external people, and maintain confidentiality
•    Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
•    Excellent time management and organisation skills, with ability to prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met with high attention to detail
•    Proven ability and skills in the use of Microsoft Office software packages including MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets and MS Project
•    Demonstrated ability to support/assist with recruitment processes within the organisation   
 
Qualifications
 
Completion of a Degree with relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administration fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
