About the Role
Swinburne University is looking for a Digital Analytics & Insights Analyst to support our data-driven marketing efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Analytics Lead, this role delivers actionable insights from digital platforms to guide decision-making across the Marketing and Future Students teams.
You will analyse first-party data to assess campaign and channel performance, understand user behaviour, and support lead generation and digital optimisation. The role also helps identify conversion opportunities through strong measurement practices.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, youll ensure data accuracy, consistent reporting, and accessible insights. Youll also contribute to analytics training, documentation, and implementation support.
This role is key to making our marketing efforts measurable, transparent, and continually improving through data-driven insights.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Experience using web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, and Power BI for reporting and insight generation
- Ability to interpret digital performance data and explain insights clearly to stakeholders
- Analytical mindset and understanding of digital metrics
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications
A degree in data analytics, marketing, business or related discipline and relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
