About the role
Joining our Intensive Therapeutic Care - Significant Disability program in the Grafton Region, you will provide leadership, supervision and rostering to a team of therapeutic support workers in order to establish a safe, homely environment for children and young people with disability within our care.
Permanent full-time role with flexible hours across 7 days a week, this is a hands-on role with most of your time spent on site, in the home leading and mentoring a team of therapeutic support workers in providing trauma informed, therapeutic care and support to young people with complex trauma backgrounds and disability.
To be successful in this role you must have previous leadership experience as well as experience working with children and young people who have complex trauma and/or significant disability (in particular neurological disabilities).

Please note: Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations may be required for this position, in accordance with relevant Public Health Orders across all States and Territories. In these circumstances, evidence of vaccination will be required prior to an offer of employment.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check.
