Membership Board Member

Come join the Vic ICT for Women Board and champion building our membership base and the continuing engagement and commitment of our individual and organisation members. We are looking for someone with all-round business development and relationship management skills, prepared to roll up their sleeves, and able to be a part of our Board. Passion for diversity and supporting women in their tech career is key!

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the growth, retention and engagement of our valued individual and organisation members. In this role, there is scope to:

• Manage, monitor and grow our individual and organisation membership base
• Create measurements that ensure our members are satisfied with their membership and benefits
• Report monthly on our membership portfolio
• Review our current membership fee structure and offerings to create a balance that ensures our organisation and programs are sustainable, and provide strong benefits to our members
• Create and build a culture that recognises and rewards our members
• Co-create marketing content with our marketing team to create a strong brand and further growth with new members.

You will work closely with the Program Leads, Account Managers and other Board Members.  

Terms for the position are part-time, voluntary and for 2 years commencing January 2019.
