Fantastic opportunity available for a PAVE Coordinator - Teaching & Learning Support team.

About the job
The position of Coordinator Teaching & Learning Support is primarily responsible for providing team leadership to the Foundation & Pathways PAVE Teaching & Learning Support team and coordinating a wide range of administrative functions in support of their programs.

Key functions include coordinating team workloads, supporting the complaints management process, monitoring and analysing reports, continuous process improvement and liaising with staff across the University.

This position will also serve as a key point of contact for liaising with staff across the University, particularly within Student Administration and Library Services

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
• Completion of a degree, or diploma and at least 2 years subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
• Demonstrated relevant experience in the provision of high quality administrative and support services within a demanding, client focused environment.
• Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills including the ability to plan ahead, ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and display thoroughness, attention to detail, and with the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
