About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Diversity Manager to drive and develop Swinburne’s diversity and inclusion agenda. This role will partner with the broader People and Culture team as well as key stakeholders across the University to embed Diversity and Inclusion into all people initiatives. You will also provide advice to a range of stakeholders on strategic and operational diversity, inclusion and workforce planning initiatives and activities.

About You
To be suitable you will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline and demonstrated experience in designing, delivering and measuring diversity strategic initiatives. Also critical to this role is proven experience in coaching, challenging and educating business leaders in how they drive a diverse culture, ability to quickly build rapport, communicate and engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders along with a ‘can do’ attitude and customer first mentality.
