Our IT Infrastructure team is currently seeking an experienced AV Technical Lead to join them in a full-time ongoing role, based on our Hawthorn campus. You will lead, contribute and maintain a catalogue of AV/IT solutions and their underpinning architectural standards, as well as make recommendations for new technologies. Through your consultative approach, you will shape and implement AV solutions that will enhance the user experience. Working within our AV team, you will also provide mentorship to other AV technicians. Reporting to the Audio Visual Manager, as our AV Architect, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our students’ learning experience.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Demonstrated experience in AV/IT enterprise architecture ideally in education or similar organisation.
• A track record of application of AV/IT architecture, design, support and management of technologies and associated software at a large enterprise level
• Proven experience managing AV Projects; building partnering relationships with external building architects, project managers and internal Facilities Service Groups
