As a Credit Assessment Manager, you will be responsible for providing sound decision making skills in the assessment of dual & tri applications involving Small Business credit assessment applications, Home Loan applications & Asset finance. You will be involved in assessment of International mortgage investment proposals, Company Home Loans, Home loans for Business Banking and Regional Business Banking & Medico segment etc. with the focus being on timely, accurate and consistent credit decisions for new and increased lending requests.
Your role provides service to internal frontline, Brokers, Mobile lenders, Branch network bankers by ensuring all necessary actions are conducted in a friendly and timely manner within agreed Service Level Arrangements.
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven experience in Consumer Commercial Credit or Retail Credit
Previous Commercial Lending exposure
Excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements
Ability to manage change and adapt to changing business requirements
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
