More and more well be organised into squads, tribes, chapters and centres of expertise (CoEs) smaller, collaborative teams that have specific customer-related missions.
One of these CoEs, New Ways of Delivering (NWOD)
, is focused on helping people achieve new ways of working, delivery and technology capability uplift. The CoE will drive this uplift by leading industry-best agile, lean and devops practices, right across our Technology division.
The New Ways of Delivering CoE is now looking for talented agile practitioners to join us from across various competencies. Were looking for leaders with the right agile mindset and passion to help transform ANZ into a learning organisation to help make ANZ a better place to work. You can help us embed a culture of learning, empowerment, adaptability and collaboration across our technology domains. Consider the following:
Are you a highly pragmatic, practical agile practitioner with an absolute focus on rapid delivery of customer value?
Do you have Agile, Lean, DevOps, Design Thinking, HCD skills or experience or familiarity & a strong willingness to learn?
Can you constructively challenge the status quo to enable positive change?
Are you focused on continuous improvement from a customer delivery perspective?
Do you have a background that would enable and foster a delivery or technology capability uplift of teams and individuals?
Do you thrive in ambiguity and have an ability to enable individuals/teams/groups to achieve their goals as opposed to providing a solution?
Do you have a drive to learn and educate Agile & Lean methodologies, practices and Systems Thinking?
Have you thrived working in a high performing Agile delivery team, creating early customer value and delivering true business benefit?
