About The Role
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3008
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

Shift Schedule: The successful candidates in this role will be working between 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday

As a Care for Customer Specialist, you will focus on delivering a great on boarding experience to drive customer engagement. You will ensure customers activate (access and use) their recently opened commercial products, check for other cross-sell opportunities and educate customers on Small Business value adds such as Honcho and Employment Hero.

 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
  • Genuine passion for helping business owners start up, grow and run their business
  • Strong customer focus and understanding customer needs and ability to complete requests/solution implementation end to end
  • Ideally have a proven track record demonstrating excellent results working on KPIs/targets
  • Phone-based customer service experience and financial services exposure are ideal, but not required
  • Ability to understand a wide array of products and complex situations would be preferred
