Reporting to the Manager Operations, Professional Placements, the Coordinator, Professional Placements operates within a shared services model and is accountable for the provision of effective and efficient coordination of placement services across the University.

This will include the provision of advice and services to managers, staff, students and external customers across a broad range of professional placement issues and related functions, with emphasis on ensuring the day-to- day operational aspects of the Professional Placements Office run smoothly and efficiently.

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Completion of a degree or; an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of high level, quality administrative and support services within a demanding, client focused environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and responsive to client needs and a commitment to continuous improvement.
